​You can support Common Wheel in a number of different ways. We accept donations of bikes, some types of musical instrument, and money!

Donate a bike. If you have a bike that you no longer want, please donate it to us and we will use it for a Build Your Own Bike course, or recondition it and sell it on. It does not matter what state it is in. If it cannot be rebuilt we can usually use the parts. We also accept incomplete bikes, parts, accessories and tools – just get in touch with one of our engineers or our project manager for more information.

We are always happy to receive donations at any branch. Please telephone or email to make sure someone will be there when you arrive.

If possible, please bring your bring your bike to us. If you can't,  we may be able to arrange for a volunteer to collect it. The volunteers use their own cars to do this and it may take a few days to arrange a suitable time.

 Buy a bike, or bring your own bike for repairs and maintenance. Bike sales and servicing are an important source of funding for us.

Sell an item on eBay and automatically donate 10% to 100% of your final selling price to Common Wheel . You can also add Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer. You get an eBay fee credit on your donations (e.g. if you donate 10% eBay will waive 10% of your fees, or for 100% all the fees are waived). Find out more.

Raise money. We’ll support you in any way we can if you would like to raise money for Common Wheel. We can also help you to promote your event. We can provide a Press Release template and help you to send it to local newspapers.

Donations of money are always welcome.
