Raleigh Wisp

This is Lynsey Payne with her Raleigh Wisp. The Wisp was a great success for Raleigh in the 1980s, when tens of thousands were sold. This one is unusual in being the large size, 23".

This is Anna Jenner with her 21 1/2 inch Wisp. She rides this to work every day in all weathers.
