Dawes Ultra

This is an Dawes Ultra. It's a nice mid range sports bike. All Dawes bikes of this period and earlier are well made and handle nicely. This particular one is an example of the kind of bike that was popular in the '40s and '50s, a lightweight with drop bars and a 3 speed hub gear, and Neil is trying to make popular again. This one sold for £160. We only put the handlebar tape on after we have seen the customer ride the bike, in case the stem is the wrong length and needs to be changed.
